Ohh my this place is dope! Reminds me of the taco trucks back in Texas. I ordered the street torta carne asada and a Al pastore quesadilla. Delicious. Also grabbed some guacamole and they give you a ton of sauces. The orange one is chipotle sour cream. You gotta try this place
I was contemplating the other three Mexican food locations within a couple miles and I said let me try something different You always find a diamond in the rough when you look in certain places where you wouldn't think it would be better than a restaurant. I would consider this almost like a street taco place but on a more professional level. I ordered three chicken tacos with corn shells and three with flower shells They came with onions and cilantro and guac and salsa It was amazing completely enjoyed dinner tonight!!!
I haven’t been back in a few years so I had to post an update! I had an amazing experience at The Taco Stand Taqueria! The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a meal on a nice day. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. But the real star is the food – it’s fantastic! The California burrito, in particular, is a must-try. It’s jam-packed with fresh ingredients and a hearty portion of tender steak, making every bite a delight. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great taqueria experience!
In Detroit on a business trip. Stopped by to get a couple tacos on my way to the airport. 10/10 quality and flavor and cheaper and more filling then fast food.
This little place is great! I got a bowl. About 10. It was enough to feed me for 2 meals. Of course I ate it all right there. You can park and eat or sit outside. I love this little place.
We came for the first time and got the chicken tacos and the shrimp tacos. The shrimp ones were amazing! Suuuper flavorful. Honestly the chicken ones were kinda bland and dry like other reviewers said, but not terrible.. but regardless, we love this place and will definitely be back for more shrimp tacos and I’ll try the al pastor tacos next time instead of chicken great bang for your buck.

Had the California burrito with steak. The flavors and ingredients were fresh and good quality. Not greasy. It was very busy for lunch and they moved very fast. Didn’t have to wait long. Was going to take a pic but ate the food too fast. Going to try everything on the menu…wish me luck. Oh forgot but wish they had spicier salsas
